Exclusive Use
The general layout of the space of the dinning room with entrance through impressive double fortified doors into a long continuous unbroken rectangular room, natural lighting all along one side, with a raised area at the far end offers many more possibilities than just as a dining room.
Dragon Castle is very happy to provide a venue to host any of your special events or functions whatever the size or number of people that meets with our capacity criteria. We are entirely willing to accommodate your particular requirements and would be able to make arrangements for third party entertainment or providers of services.
Corporate Events
The Dragon Castle Dining Room is ideal for banquets, cocktail parties, product launches, presentations and even a private meeting for up to 350 persons.
Cocktail & Canapé Parties
The room can accommodate up to 350 persons on a canapé and cocktail occasion with our servers circulating among your guests offering food and drink. Dim Sum is a tasty and exotic canapé.
Banqueting or Formal Dining
The Dragon Castle Dining Room can seat up to 230 persons in a banqueting setting. There will be a position for high tables on the raised floor of the restaurant. In such events, we can design the menus with the host or you may choose something from the traditional Chinese menus to suit the occasion.
Presentations, Meetings and Product Launches
The room can be set up to allow the raised platform end to be the position from which speeches may be presented. The room offers sufficient flexibility in space to allow product displays set up in an optimised access arrangement.
It is also possible to set the room up with theatre style seating to accommodate an AGM or other corporate presentations utilising the raised platform area as the focal point. Audio Visual Equipment and Apparatus can be set up to suit your requirements.
Private Dining
At Dragon Castle, there are facilities to accommodate a private dining event for up to fifty persons. This would take place in a room separate from the main dining area. Dedicated servers would be present to ensure an exceptional experience.
Menus can be customised to fit your requirements.
Day Delegate Package
Dragon Castle offers a day delegate package that comprises of the use of a private meeting room, refreshments and lunch served in the restaurant dining area and also usage of AV equipment, Flipcharts and WIFI Broadband. The optimal number of delegates that can attend such a function would be between thirty and forty. The training room would be located on the mezzanine floor excluded from the main restaurant but easily accessible to all amenities.
